Welcome to YourBillBox. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YourBillBox application (iOS, Android, and Web) and its associated services, developed and operated by Omnity Labs Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

01 Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By registering an account and using YourBillBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. YourBillBox is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

02 Description of Service

YourBillBox is a digital management platform designed to help users store, organize, search, and analyze their purchase receipts and invoices. The service utilizes advanced artificial intelligence (AI) systems to automatically extract structured data from the documents you upload.

Note: While we strive for high accuracy, AI-based extraction may occasionally produce errors. It is your responsibility to review, verify, and edit any extracted data (such as amounts, tax, or dates) before relying on it for financial, warranty, or legal purposes.

03 Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refund Policy

YourBillBox offers both free and premium tiers of service. Certain features, usage limits, and storage capacities are restricted under the free tier and require a paid subscription to be fully enabled.

  • // Billing & Auto-Renewal:

    We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. All subscription payments are processed securely as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • // Cancellations:

    You must manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscriptions directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the application or deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription.

  • // Refund Policy for In-App Purchases:

    Because payments are processed by Apple and Google, any standard refund requests must be directed to the respective app store's customer support, subject to their refund policies. Omnity Labs Inc. cannot directly cancel or refund subscriptions processed by these storefronts.

  • // Service Interruption & Subscription Refund Policy:

    In the event of severe service disruptions, prolonged outages, or critical application errors originating from our platform, Omnity Labs Inc.'s sole responsibility and liability is strictly limited to a refund of your monthly subscription fee for the affected period. No other damages or compensation will be provided for loss of service.

04 Account Registration and Security

To access our features, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that violate our security policies.

05 Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion

// Right to Terminate

Users maintain the right to terminate their YourBillBox account at any time. Account deletion requests must be initiated securely by the authenticated user directly through the in-app Profile Settings.

// Account Suspension and The Grace Period

Upon submitting a deletion request, your account will immediately enter a "soft-deleted" status. You will be logged out of all active sessions, and your account will be suspended from active use. To protect against accidental deletion or unauthorized account termination, YourBillBox enforces a strict 7-day grace period. During this 7-day window, you maintain the right to reverse the deletion request and recover your account in its entirety simply by logging back into the application.

// Irreversible Deletion Execution

At the exact conclusion of the 7-day grace period, the account recovery window closes permanently. The deletion process becomes legally and technically irreversible. To prevent system race conditions with active recovery attempts, YourBillBox enforces a 24-hour safety buffer. On the 8th day following your initial request, the automated hard-deletion protocol is executed, resulting in the permanent erasure of your account, financial documents, and personal data from all active databases and storage environments.

// Treatment of Shared and Collaborative Resources

YourBillBox allows for shared financial workspaces. Upon the execution of your account deletion:

  • Sole Ownership: Any storage folders, resources, or buckets where you are the sole owner will be permanently destroyed.
  • Shared Ownership: If your account is linked to a shared storage folder with other active surviving members, the shared folder and its contents will not be deleted. Instead, your ownership and access rights will be permanently revoked, and your personal profile will be completely and irreversibly unlinked from the shared collaborative space.

06 User Content and Automated Moderation

You retain ownership of the financial documents and data you upload to YourBillBox. However, you agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, adult in nature, violently explicit, or racially offensive.

STRICT MODERATION POLICY

We employ automated content moderation systems to scan uploaded files for prohibited material. If our systems detect that you have uploaded violating content three (3) times, your account will be automatically and permanently disabled. Files flagged by our systems will be quarantined and not processed.

07 System Notifications and Communications

As part of using YourBillBox, you may receive communications from us essential to the operation of the service:

  • // Push Notifications:

    We may send you push notifications on your device to alert you about receipt processing statuses, warranty expirations, and critical account activity.

  • // Email Communications:

    We will send transactional and system emails to your verified email address, including password resets, support ticket updates, and important security notices. Because these are vital to the administration of your account, you cannot opt out of these essential service emails.

08 Optional Email Inbox Service

If you choose to opt-in to our dedicated email inbox feature (e.g., using an @billboxmail.com alias), please note that this feature is governed by a separate, specific Terms and Conditions agreement. You will be provided with these supplemental terms to review and accept prior to enrolling in the feature. By proceeding with enrollment, you expressly authorize YourBillBox to receive, process, and parse incoming emails sent to that alias. This includes extracting attached receipts, HTML content, and embedded data. You may delete processed emails and opt out of this feature at any time via your account settings.

09 Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy is critically important to us. Our processing of your data, including the use of third-party AI and cloud services for extraction and storage, is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices in detail.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

YourBillBox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Omnity Labs Inc. is not a financial advisor, tax professional, or accounting firm. We are not liable for any financial losses, tax discrepancies, warranty forfeitures, or other damages arising from your reliance on the data organized, parsed, or exported by our application.

FORMAL LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omnity Labs Inc.'s total liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of this application- including data loss, service interruption, or extraction errors - shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by you for your current monthly subscription. Omnity Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our app or regulatory requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document or by sending a notification through the app or to your verified email address.
