Email Support

Send a direct email request to our support ticketing queue. Ideal for account recovery, general inquiries, and billing questions.

* Replace {username} with your actual registered YourBillBox username.

// Recommended Details:
  • Registered account email and phone number
  • Brief description of the problem/query

Ticketing queues are monitored 24/7. Response times average 2-4 hours depending on support load.

Channel 02 // Fastest

In-App Dashboard

If you are currently logged in, you can open a secure ticket directly associated with your active session to get the fastest resolution.

    Log In to Application:

    Open the YourBillBox application and authenticate into your account.

    Click Profile Icon :

    Locate and tap the Profile Icon in the top right corner of the Home Page.

    Open Help & Support :

    Select the "Help & Support" option from the profile dropdown menu.

    Raise Ticket or View FAQs :

    Inside the support panel, tap "Raise a New Ticket" or search through standard FAQs.
